- Write engaging social media captions, hooks, and platform-specific content
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and marketing teams to create high-performing visual content
- Schedule and publish content using tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or HubSpot
- Monitor comments, DMs, mentions, and community engagement daily
- Build audience engagement through conversations, trend participation, and community interaction
- Launch and support organic and paid social campaigns for content, events, and promotions
- Analyze content performance and optimize strategies based on engagement and conversion data
- Track KPIs including engagement, follower growth, reach, clicks, and conversions
- Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content opportunities
- Support brand positioning and online visibility through consistent social media execution
