Recruiter position to manage full-cycle recruiting across sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management. Work directly with hiring managers and clients to identify, attract, and hire top talent across multiple industries and functions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience
- Experience managing multiple open roles simultaneously
- Experience sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, iCIMS
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Ability to manage fast-moving hiring pipelines efficiently
