Requirements
- 2+ years experience in B2B outbound marketing, lead generation, SDR, or outbound prospecting roles
- Strong experience with LinkedIn outreach and B2B prospect engagement
- Hands-on experience using tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
- Strong copywriting ability for outbound messaging, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Experience building and managing multi-channel outbound campaigns
- Strong understanding of B2B buyer psychology and high-ticket sales cycles
- Analytical mindset with ability to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused approach to work
- Comfortable working independently in remote environments
