Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Strong experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- Proven ability to generate B2B leads and measurable pipeline growth
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple acquisition channels
- Deep understanding of PPC strategy, audience segmentation, retargeting, funnel optimization, attribution models
- Strong experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), conversion tracking
- Ability to independently launch campaigns, manage optimization, analyze performance, scale results
- Strong copywriting and conversion-focused messaging skills
