At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant to support:

This is not a traditional bookkeeping-only role.

Accounts Receivable & Invoicing

  • Process and issue invoices accurately and on time
  • Manage:
    • accounts receivable
    • payment follow-ups

  • Confirm incoming payments and maintain accurate records
  • Support healthy cash flow through proactive collections and tracking

Cash Flow & Financial Operations

  • Monitor:

  • Maintain organized financial trackers and operational reports
  • Support treasury coordination and banking workflows

Accounting Systems & Process Improvement

  • Support migration from QuickBooks to modern accounting platforms
  • Improve workflows using:

Reporting & Financial Organization

  • Prepare:

Experience

  • 3+ years of accounting or financial operations experience
