The Role

Pathrise is looking for an energetic and motivated individual to assist in our sales pipeline to help us find talented professionals looking to jumpstart their careers. As a sales development representative, you will manage key channel outreach to convert leads into qualified candidates. This role is perfect for recent graduates looking for a part-time job or interim gig with a passion for helping recent graduates find their dream job. We are excited for you to join our growing team!

Responsiblities

  • Target and identify prospects that can benefit from the Pathrise fellowship

  • Send personalized, creative outbound messaging to these prospects and excite them to join our fellowship program

  • Thoughtfully conduct follow up outreach to improve conversion rates

  • Work closely with the Growth Marketing team to devise new tactics and strategies to better understand our customers 

  • Leverage email, LinkedIn, and other channels to engage and qualify targeted prospects

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or sales

  • You have an outcome-focused mindset and are numbers and results-driven

  • You are organized and detail-oriented

  • You have the ability to work enthusiastically and autonomously

  • You're interested in pursuing a career in sales and/or marketing

  • Previous outbound sales experience preferred

  • Pre-existing connections with job seekers and working professionals preferred

This is a part time, 10-15 hr/week role.
