Responsibilities
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers by staying in communication and efficiently resolving issues with alternate solutions tailored to individual needs.
- Serve as a product, company, and industry ambassador, keen on educating prospects and customers on the capabilities of Evolve 365.
- Create customer success reports to ensure customers are increasing user adoption, issues are resolved proactively, and customer goals are met.
- Evaluate risk management for each customer and proactively evade dissatisfaction and drive user adoption throughout customer life cycle.
- Find and prioritize Office 365 updates that reflect customer requests or needs and report to key stakeholders.
- Provide insight and relay the voice of customer with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Project Teams.
- Customize and deliver 100 and 200 level end user webinars to Office/Microsoft365
- Coordinate and execute customers internal Champions Program for Office 365
- Provide 1:1 coaching for end users on Office 365 basic functionality
- Develop, customize, and schedule learning campaigns for the customer
- Customize training course for customers environment
- Update and build new training courses based on feature updates from Microsoft (including Enterprise, EDU, GCC, GCC-H & DoD environments)
Requirements
- Office 365 Adoption certifications such as Service Adoption Specialist is an advantage
- Solid understanding of business operations and relevant IT skills of day-to-day business operations.
- Ability to create technical documentation for the purposes of training a non-technical audience
- Expertise in industry-available media and education delivery processes (e.g., computer-based training, web-based training, etc.) and modern educational techniques.
- Knowledge of designing technical course material.
- Familiarity with corporate computer security principles.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and OneNote. It is also important that they are familiar with other common office tools such as Visio, Publisher, Adobe Professional, Zoom, SnagIt & Camtasia.
- Customer-centric, flexible with the ability to meet customer needs, and able to work effectively with many levels of personnel.
- Ability to build rapport, influence others with ease, and establish and manage relationships with all levels of employees.
- Must be an outstanding communicator, able to listen for verbal and non-verbal cues, with exceptional writing and verbal skills, as well as able to present technical and non-technical information clearly and precisely to diverse groups of people.
- Plan and prioritize activities to achieve optimal results in a fast-paced environment.
- Effectively plan program activities and follow through with a schedule to produce quality work within the stipulated timeframe.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and phone communication skills, with the ability to adapt conversations for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Clearance Required: Active Top-Secret is REQUIRED
