Requirements
- Set and execute the BI strategy and roadmap
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of BI assets
- Own and mature the CI/CD framework for BI and analytics
- Partner closely with IT, DBAs, and data architecture teams
- Serve as the primary senior BI liaison to business stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BI developers and analytics professionals
- Establish data governance, security, and compliance standards for reporting and analytics assets
- Define and track success metrics for BI adoption and impact
- Evaluate and introduce new BI and analytics capabilities
- Responsible for complying with Paradigm Information Security requirements and policies
