About the Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial Operations Manager. This role is central to scaling the company´s global operations, supply chain, and fulfillment while driving cost efficiency and systemization. The ideal candidate isn’t a corporate “process admin” –you’re a builder-operator: someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, builds
systems from the ground up, and treats the business like it’s your own.
You’ll oversee operations across supply chain, fulfillment, and vendor management, while also running point on key growth initiatives (offshore expansion, new product roll out etc).
This is a full-time, remote role based on Central USA Time.
We are looking for a Head of Operations specifically with these requirements:
● 5–10+ years in operations specifically in DTC/e-commerce brands in the $10M–$50M revenue range.
● Proven track record of building scalable systems (dashboards, SOPs, reporting) – not just maintaining corporate processes.
● Strong financial acumen: margins, landed costs, forecasting, and cost optimization.
● Builder mindset: you roll up your sleeves, fix what’s broken, then scale it.
● Comfort with chaos and urgency – making fast decisions, firefighting, and then creating structure.
● Experience working with lean teams in start-up or scale-up environments.
● Proficiency with tools like Shopify, Amazon, Notion, Slack, n8n, AI tools, and reporting dashboards (Google Sheets/Looker Studio/ERP).
● Excellent communication with internal teams and external partners across geographies.
Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):
● Oversee and optimize ordering, fulfillment, vendor relationships, and customer support operations.
● Implement scalable systems, dashboards, and SOPs for real-time visibility, efficiency, and growth
● Implement new communication protocols e.g. Slack, other tools across the company
● Manage cost efficiency across gross margins, landed costs, fulfillment expenses, and vendor terms.
● Drive performance tracking and reporting through data-driven metrics and dashboards (Google Sheets, Looker Studio, ERP).
● Collaborate closely with marketing and product team to ensure new product rollouts and launch timeline
● Ensure high levels of communication and accountability with vendors and 3PLs
● Maintain flexibility and urgency in responding to critical operational issues, including outside regular hours when necessary.
● Oversee offshore expansion agency Passport Global as we begin to sell products in new geographies
