Native Android Java Developer - Fulltime - REMOTE - Startup

Your job is to create and/or adapt the management apps for that economy (such as a wallet and/or an exchange). Secondly we create a starting micro donation app coupled with a content recommendation engine. (A Patreon for cents mixed with content feed like in Facebook). Your job will be to create the android app for this.

Must have:

• 6+ years relevant experience
• Java for native Android
• Experience building products and features on mobile
• Experience working agile
• Take ownership of the products
• Excellent coder
• Understanding of Git and Github
• Very good command of written and spoken English

Nice to have:

• HTML, JS, jQuery, Angular, Ember, ReactJS, Bootstrap, backbone (just for backup of the web-dev)
• Back-end scripting in Python/PHP, PostgreSQL, mobile apps.
• Experience with UI and prototyping tools
• Swift and IOS
• Jira or equivalent

About us:
We are a start-up 10 people strong, based in St. Lucia, Caribbean but working distributed and remote. The dev-team currently consists of a lead dev in Austria, a back-end dev who is a digital nomad and the web-dev in Croatia. There are more people in Austria, St. Lucia and the Netherlands.

Until the launch in the beginning of next year we can pay between $45k and up to $60k pa depending on your skills. There will be shares as well and we plan to increase the salaries considerably with cash-flow.
