Requirements
- 1–2.5 years of experience in a Systems Engineer, Desktop Engineer, or Service Desk role
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (O365) administration and support
- Experience working in a ticket-driven support environment using tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar
- Practical understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management best practices
- Solid troubleshooting skills across Windows OS, user accounts, and common enterprise applications
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
