As a NetSuite Administrator for Our Home you will be primarily responsible for the execution of our manufacturing integrations within NetSuite as well as the maintenance, and day-to-day ad-hoc support post go-live. Through the administration of the tool, you will be the subject matter expert for all current and future rollouts of manufacturing modules as well as serve as the internal SME of the platform, providing business users enhancements to their processes and daily transactional duties. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business architecture in the consumer-packaged goods industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead and own the implementation of NetSuite’s WIP & Routing module across multiple plants as well as 3rd party coordination with WMS providers by providing hands-on data migration, and system configuration assistance
  • Work together with the analytics team by supporting and understanding the key verticals of EDI and Master Data management to assist in deployment of sustainable and structured analytics architecture
  • Assist in the integration of new tools and systems as well as research best-of-breed versus standard “in-house” product capabilities to ensure the organization builds a succinct and sustainable architecture
  • Collaborate with 3rd party consulting teams where needed for large-scale business initiatives to provide internal commentary on our system’s construction
  • Adhere to NetSuite best-practices when deploying new solutions to the business, always keeping in mind the balance between flexibility and scalability
  • Create internal documentation of all system architecture by working with our Head of Analytics to design and execute solutions that have the business interests top of mind
  • Display eagerness to learn new skills and have a passion for teaching by distilling complex topics to digestible pieces of information for the business
  • Assist business with day-to-day inquiries such as tool troubleshooting, log-in support, and other administrative duties and be a key resource for training

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

· 3+ years’ experience within NetSuite ERP serving as a power user or administrator

· Hands-on experience implementing WIP & Routing or Advanced Manufacturing modules within NetSuite

· NetSuite OneWorld execution and optimization

· NetSuite Workflows, CSV imports, and custom fields/records creation

· Data security and user Role creation

· Sandbox testing and deployment

· Saved Search and Report creation

· Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and time management

· Experience in Microsoft Excel and Office suite of products

· Passion for learning new skills and teaching

Preferred Qualifications:

· SuiteQL, OAuth, TBA, and other API knowledge

· HTML/CSS skills or highly experienced in WYSIWYG PDF deployment

· Experience in other add-on Oracle modules such as MRP

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with multiple unknowns
