We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Systems Administrator to join our team. As a Maintenance Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting large datasets related to our maintenance systems and processes. You will be responsible for identifying trends, patterns, and insights to help optimize our production operations and improve overall efficiency. Additionally, you will play a central role in minimizing downtime, reducing costs, and maximizing the efficiency and lifespan of our assets through optimization of our CMMS and maintenance systems. Responsibilities
· In collaboration with site leaders, support the data analysis and administration requirements of the manufacturing facilities.
· Collect, organize, and analyze production equipment data from various sources.
· Implement new or updated systems and lead the migration of data from one to the other where needed.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance systems with other business systems.
· Work with our plants and purchasing departments to establish a robust MRO management process. Train new employees to ensure our facilities fully utilize the MRO system by leveraging data from the CMMS.
· Assist plants in establishing new data systems including spare parts inventory, asset tagging, etc.
· Collaborate with the plant maintenance teams to identify system requirements and develop system enhancements.
· Conduct user training sessions to ensure proper utilization of maintenance systems.
· Create and maintain databases to store data.
· Develop and implement data models and algorithms to extract meaningful insights.
· Identify trends and patterns in production, quality, and maintenance data to uncover opportunities for improvement.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations for improving maintenance processes and equipment uptime.
· Participate in meetings and discussions to provide insights and recommendations based on maintenance systems analyses.
· Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
· Ensure all facilities maintain comprehensive records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks using the existing CMMS.
· Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
· Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and maintenance optimization.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Operations, Engineering, or equivalent work experience. CMRP a plus.
· Five years experience in a food manufacturing environment.
· Ability to travel 50% - 75%
· Thorough, working knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
· Familiarity with Maintenance programs such as TPM and RCM.
· Proven experience in data administration, analysis, and interpretation.
· Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production concepts.
· Proficient in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
