YOUR IMPACT
As a Marketing Manager for the North region (the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway) you will be a part of the Western-Europe Field Marketing organization.
Reporting to the Global Revenue Marketing Leader, you will be responsible for successfully executing integrated marketing campaigns seamlessly intertwining traditional event marketing with inbound marketing tactics targeting the enterprise business segment and balancing these strategically into a solid North Marketing Plan.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
⦁ Take ownership of the full marketing mix along the customer buying lifecycle putting the customer experience central.
⦁ Plan and execute OpenText Cybersecurity customer events or third-party events OpenText Cybersecurity actively shows appearance as a sponsor.
⦁ Develop and drive OpenText Cybersecurity partner activities integration within existing campaigns where appropriate.
⦁ With a data-driven marketing mindset:
⦁ You liaise with the Account Development Team to evaluate campaign results and ensure adequate maximum return on investment.
⦁ You provide analysis on marketing campaign performance and optimize/grow results based on the numbers.
⦁ You review and provide metrics to ensure that all campaigns are implemented correctly, and running profitably, and measure trends on all campaigns over time.
⦁ You directly contribute to and have a thorough understanding of the company's goals and metrics through management and optimization of assigned sites/campaigns.
Within this role you will be working closely with various business stakeholders: Direct Sales, Partner Business Managers, Account Development Reps, Pre-sales, and Corporate Marketing ensuring campaigns are well integrated and are constantly driving forward and aligning to the corporate strategy while keeping a close eye on local market dynamics.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
⦁ This position requires a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications or studies in Business Economics or at least three years of experience in Marketing or Communications, focused on Campaign Management, and Online and Event Marketing.
⦁ Excellent written and oral communication skills (Dutch and English).
⦁ You have demonstrated the ability to develop creative and innovative ways to distribute information. Social Media savvy and A/B testing mindset.
⦁ Strong skills in working and generating reports in Salesforce.com.
⦁ Strong focus on providing results of campaigns and activities (building Marketing Sourced Pipeline).
⦁ Strong understanding of Sales Management and knowledge of which activities drive and convert into Opportunities (revenue).
⦁ Ability to effectively present and communicate ideas and plans to business stakeholders.
⦁ Cybersecurity market knowledge is a plus.
