Senior Platform Engineer, Backend at Quo. Code, architect, and own backend platform components. Partner with Platform Infrastructure Engineers to build and evolve a scalable, reliable, and safe platform. Work with engineering and customer support teams to surface actionable operational insights and improve incident response and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Terraform and comfortable in Python and Bash
  • Exposure to Typescript (or experience with object-oriented languages such as Java, C#, etc.) and Javascript/Node
  • Experience with CI/CD systems like ArgoCD and Github Actions
  • Experience working with GraphQL in federated environments.
  • Competency in network routing and design.
  • Strong experience with observability tools, including metrics, structured logging and distributed tracing
  • Code is a pleasure for teammates to read and understand, readable, testable, and maintainable
