IT Operations Engineer

OP Labs is hiring an IT Operations Engineer to integrate, administer, and maintain the systems that keep OP Labs running smoothly. The role is responsible for implementing and operating IT infrastructure, administering AI platforms, and managing access to third-party applications.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant technical experience in system administration or engineering
• Expertise managing Google Workspace and other enterprise productivity applications
• Hands-on experience administering AI platforms such as Claude or similar
• Ability to plan, manage, code, and support multiple concurrent projects and initiatives
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Go
• Strong project and task management skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment across teams
