We're on a mission to modernize the $50B+ paving industry with software that actually works the way contractors do. We founded OneCrew after recognizing a massive gap in technology serving critical infrastructure industries. While working in consulting, we saw firsthand how these industries—which support how people live daily—were being entirely overlooked by the tech world. The paving industry represents this perfectly: nearly everyone interacts with it daily, yet contractors were stuck with unintuitive, half-baked software or, worse, pen and paper.

We're building the operating system for paving contractors. Our all-in-one platform connects every part of a paving operation, from the first lead coming in the door to the final invoice going out. We've replaced the patchwork of spreadsheets, whiteboards, and disconnected point solutions with a single, unified source of truth. By providing tools for accurate estimating, drag-and-drop scheduling, and real-time job costing, we're helping contractors save hundreds of hours and significantly increase their revenue. We're not just building software; we're partnering with business owners to help them grow and scale with confidence.
