Human Resources Generalist, France & Germany / FTC 12months

Responsibilities:
- You will be the primary people strategy point of contact to the teams you support.
- You are passionate about understanding and optimizing the day-to-day experience of our people, and are there to help guide our employees through their career journey
- You will be working with the People Strategy team and business leaders to ensure that employee initiatives are in line with and reinforce our company's culture and core values
- You will be providing support and coaching to managers on HR matters such as employee engagement, performance management, talent reviews, disciplinary/grievances, misconduct, and absences.
- Working closely with HR center of excellence teams, you will ensure contract documentation and changes to terms, salaries, and bonuses are following local regulations.
- You will be participating in the implementation of Global HR projects, procedures, and guidelines.to drive the execution of the employee lifecycle - including performance management, merit and bonus planning, promotions, internal transfers as well as conduct exit interviews and terminations.

You are an amazing communicator, able to effectively work with discretion and sensitivity across all levels of the business that is exhibited during the interview process Handles ambiguity well – thrives in it
You are a natural problem solver and a self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
You have first-hand experience of working environments in France and Germany including excellent knowledge of local employment law and regulations, compensation & benefits and working styles.
A delicate balance of business acumen, empathy, relationship building, and courageous dialogue with unquestionable integrity.
You are collaborative, warm, and instill a sense of support.
You have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with a keen eye for attention to detail.
You are fluent in French, German and English
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with demonstratable HR experience in a generalist capacity
Work Conditions:
Possibility of working fully remote if location not near Strasbourg
Work Across Multiple Time Zones
Occasional Domestic and International Travel
Combination of manufacturing and office environment
