We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with 5+ years of Salesforce consulting experience to lead technical solutioning across a wide range of client industries. This role blends deep Salesforce platform expertise with a flexible, consultative mindset. You will be responsible for designing scalable, secure solutions, leading Salesforce implementation projects across multiple cloud products, and directly engaging with clients to ensure business objectives are met.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience architecting Salesforce solutions that span core platform capabilities, automation, integrations, and data, and AI-powered solutions such as Salesforce Agentforce, grounded in trusted data and governed for production use. Solution Architects thrive in environments where adaptability, architectural thinking, and client partnership are key.

What You’ll Do

• Lead solution discovery and technical design across multiple Salesforce clouds and implementations
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce architectures
• Design and govern AI-enabled and automation-driven solutions, including Agentforce use cases executed through Salesforce Flow, Apex, and integrations
• Guide discovery, lead design sessions, and facilitate stakeholder alignment through successful project delivery
• Oversee and participate in build work and quality assurance to ensure architectural integrity
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams and client stakeholders
• Mentor internal team members and contribute to technical standards and best practices
• Demonstrate a strong passion for Salesforce solutions, emerging platform capabilities, and collaborative delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience architecting solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Experience, Data Cloud)
• Exposure to Salesforce Agentforce or AI-powered Salesforce capabilities, including prompt grounding, automation orchestration, or agent-driven workflows
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including data modeling, security, automation, and integrations
• Experience designing Flow-driven solutions and understanding when Apex or integrations are required
• Consulting experience in agile delivery environments
• 2–3 of the following Salesforce certifications (or equivalent experience):
• • Agentforce Specialist
  • Data Cloud Consultant
  • Experience Cloud Consultant
  • Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant
  • Health Cloud or Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional
  • Salesforce Architect certifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of Salesforce experience, including hands-on implementation and solution architecture
• Proven success in client-facing roles such as Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or Senior Consultant
• Strong grasp of Salesforce architecture, configuration, automation (Flows), and integration best practices
• Experience collaborating across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business audiences
• Comfort working across industries, adapting to new technologies, and designing solutions for evolving business needs
