We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer to support and enhance mission-critical federal health systems that improve access to services for Veterans. This role focuses on building, integrating, and optimizing a modern Microsoft Dynamics 365 and .NET-based platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security across enterprise systems.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong background in software engineering and system architecture.
- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE) customization and configuration. Proficiency in .NET Framework / .NET Core and enterprise API development (REST/SOAP).
- • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure and AWS), authentication, and enterprise integrations.
- • Familiarity with DevSecOps practices: CI/CD, code reviews, release management, observability.
- · Knowledge of system performance, accessibility (Section 508), and security compliance at scale.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage dependencies, and deliver in complex environments.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

United States Wage Range: $100,000 – $140,000
