The Role
We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to support our hiring process for cold-calling sales agents and call center representatives.
You will focus on posting jobs, reviewing applications, shortlisting candidates, and conducting initial interviews to identify individuals suited for outbound sales roles.
This is an entry-level recruitment role with full training provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Post job ads across multiple job boards and platforms
- Review applications and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial screening interviews
- Identify candidates suited for cold calling / outbound sales roles
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Maintain candidate tracking and updates
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with candidates
- Comfortable conducting phone or video interviews
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills (email, Google Docs, spreadsheets)
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- Experience in sales, call centers, or customer-facing roles is a plus
