Role overview:

Nursa is looking for an experienced, highly motivated Account Executive to join our team and cover the Louisiana and Mississippi markets! Must be located in Louisiana or Mississippi to be considered. Ideal candidates are experienced sellers, aren't afraid of prospecting, are intrinsically motivated and have a knack for problem solving. Nursa AEs need to be scrappy and adaptable to changing requirements. Account Executives expand Nursa's presence in new and existing markets. This is an incredible opportunity to be an early member of the Nursa Operations Team as we continue to grow at an exceptional pace.

Compensation package for this role - $140k OTE with uncapped commissions. $70k base, $70k variable target.

Responsibilities:

  • Create outbound prospecting plans across mid-market and local healthcare partners that ensure quota is either hit or exceeded

  • Identify and onboard new facilities in their local areas by working with Administrators & Schedulers as they adopt Nursa

  • Create new business relationships between Nursa and healthcare corporations across your territory through calling, networking, and referrals

  • Showcase the working ability of the Nursa app to potential clients through virtual demonstrations

  • Leverage existing client relationships to find more healthcare providers in need of Nursa services

  • Develop strategic growth plans that lead to increased sales in an assigned region

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to find new areas of opportunity and expansion

Please note: This is not just a hunter role. AEs at Nursa are responsible for prospecting and signing new business, but also nurturing that business to a critical mass before handing off to account management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in a sales role, with prior clinical experience or experience in Healthcare Administration, Sales, Account Management, or similar function, and ; previous use of Salesforce and Tableau a plus

  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to build and deliver presentations to your customers

  • Ability to leverage multiple internal and external resources to achieve goals

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, startup, or other dynamic environment a plus
