About the Role

Increased accessibility for mental health services is dependent on building a network of high-quality therapists, and the provider growth team is key to the overall growth of Rula. Our team has recruited thousands of new therapists to join the Rula network, and we’re looking for new team members to help scale the program further. We are looking for Provider Sales Representatives who are comfortable with both inbound and outbound sales and can manage the full sales cycle. You will join a hungry, mission-driven, collaborative team, holding multiple meetings a day with therapists while also utilizing creative outreach to engage therapists and grow your book of business.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience working both inbound and outbound sales

  • Salesforce Experience

  • Proven track record of driving the business forward

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in identifying areas of improvement for the business and taking proactive action

Preferred Qualifications

While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory. We encourage all interested applicants to apply, even those who may not meet every preferred requirement.

  • Prior experience in healthcare or health-tech companies

  • Ability to build reports or export data to find additional opportunities to grow the business

  • Experience with refining sales process
