We are currently seeking a Lean Six Sigma - Change Management Consultant - REMOTE or Hybrid to join our team in Chicago, Illinois (US-IL), United States (US).

As a Lean Six Sigma Change Management Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our organization through transformational change. Leveraging your expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, you will lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, improve processes, and drive sustainable change. Your ability to manage and influence change will be critical in ensuring successful project outcomes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead Lean Six Sigma projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques.
  • Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to support the implementation of process improvements and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
  • Training and Coaching: Train and mentor team members and stakeholders on Lean Six Sigma principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
  • Performance Metrics: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of improvement initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, align objectives, and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices and lessons learned.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Lean Six Sigma certification required

Minimum 5 years of experience in process improvement, change management, and project management.

Desired Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive change across an organization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

INDHCLSMC

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $91,548 – 177,076. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
