We are currently seeking a Data Entry Associate - (Remote) to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia (CA-NS), Canada (CA).

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze provider data to identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and missing information.
• Utilize HealthRules Payor (HRP) system to perform data cleanup activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather missing data and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to provider data management.
• Resolving discrepancies to support accurate claims processing and network management.
• Participate in testing activities to validate the accuracy of provider data within the HRP system.
• Document data cleanup processes and maintain detailed records of all activities.
• Continuously monitor and improve data quality processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
  

Requirements:

• 1-3 Years of experience in Data Entry and reporting.
• HRP (HealthRules Payor) knowledge and experience. (Preferred)
• US Healthcare knowledge/experience (preferred).
• Detailed-oriented: necessary to operate in a complex, multi-faceted environment.
• Must have demonstrated analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Customer service oriented.
