NPower

NPower is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to creating opportunities in the technology sector for those who have traditionally faced barriers to entry. We provide free, comprehensive tech training programs for young adults and military-connected individuals from low-to-moderate income communities. Our mission is to empower young adults and military connected individuals to thrive in the digital economy through transformative IT training, creating pathways to economic prosperity.

We have offered foundational, intermediate and advanced career training opportunities to over 12,000 graduates, with the goal of scaling to serve 15,000 annually by 2030. Our holistic approach blends intensive technical instruction with career mentorship and well-being support, ensuring students can navigate pivotal life transitions and thrive in competitive industries. We serve young adults ages 18-26 facing opportunity gaps, women seeking greater economic mobility, and military-connected individuals including active-duty personnel, veterans, and military spouses. Through our programs in 16 cities nationwide, we work to create a tech workforce that mirrors the world around us and empowers students to drive change in their own lives and communities.
