At the heart of Northbound Group lies a singular, powerful mission: to empower Amazon and e-commerce entrepreneurs to achieve life-changing financial events. Founded by Scott Deetz, a former Amazon seller who successfully exited his own eight-figure business, the firm is built on the belief that every entrepreneur deserves to maximize the value of their hard work. Northbound Group is not just a financial advisory firm; it is a strategic partner that walks alongside business owners, transforming their operations into highly valuable assets ready for a premium exit.

The culture at Northbound Group is defined by a relentless pursuit of excellence and a deep-seated passion for the e-commerce industry. The team is composed of 'A-players'—experienced financial professionals, corporate development experts, and former sellers—who bring a unique blend of synergistic skills to the table. This diversity of expertise allows them to offer CFO-level advice, operational insights, and strategic guidance that go far beyond traditional M&A support. They understand the emotional and technical complexities of selling a business, and they are dedicated to navigating these challenges with integrity and precision.

Northbound Group operates with a remote-first mindset, recognizing that talent knows no geographical boundaries.
