We’re hiring a Corporate Development Analyst to support our acquisition pipeline, capital formation efforts, energy and strategic growth initiatives. This is an excellent entry point for someone with a strong finance/analytical foundation who wants full exposure to corporate development and M&A — with direct mentorship and visibility across senior leaders.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in the evaluation of potential investment opportunities, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships in support of Edged’s growth ambitions.
• Support the creation and maintenance of financial models and valuation analyses (asset-level and corporate-level models, including scenario analysis and a variety of transaction structures) under the guidance of more senior team members.
• Participate in acquisition due-diligence tasks and coordination with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Engineering, Legal), gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of the data center development process.
• Help prepare internal investment memos, presentation decks, and supporting materials for senior leadership review.
• Assist in the execution of debt and equity financings in support of Edged’s platform growth
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and sector developments in data centers, infrastructure, and sustainability — helping to feed insights into strategic discussions.
• Stay organized: manage data, track multiple projects, and support senior team members as needed.

What You Bring

• 1+ years of relevant experience: investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, real estate acquisitions or related analytical roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong quantitative skills, comfort with Excel/financial modeling.
• Eagerness to learn and grow: willingness to take on varied tasks across finance, strategy, and operations.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate across functions.
• High ownership, integrity, analytical curiosity, and drive to help shape strategy in a fast-paced, scaling company environment.
