Working hours
Our Sr Systems Engineers typically work Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm local time unless specified. On occasion they may be asked to work outside of business hours.
They also participate in a rotating on-call schedule (afterhours and weekends).

Who you are
Proactive and independent technical expert with a focus on our Citrix practice. You perform a variety of system design, implementation, troubleshooting, and support responsibilities, requiring a thorough working knowledge of Systems and Citrix technologies. You are a skilled communicator on all levels and dedicated to providing top-notch customer service. Your meticulous attention to detail is shown through your timekeeping, documentation, and execution of the technical work.
You know how to:
- Provide tier 2 and tier 3 consultative client support
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and billable hours
- Work closely with project engineering, client services team, management team, and 3rd party vendors to resolve client’s technology issues
- Respond and perform timely and accurate scheduled maintenance and service tasks as defined for individual clients.
- Deploy and troubleshoot basic deployments of Citrix components StoreFront, Controllers, VDA (Sessions Hosts)
- Work with all the components of a Citrix deployment and know how to use help desk tools such as Director to troubleshoot and reset sessions and profiles
- Deploy and troubleshoot advanced configurations and understand the basic use of a NetScaler Gateway and how to set it up for external access and how it interacts with the StoreFront and Controllers
- Demonstrate advanced Citrix concepts such as the two different non-persistent provisioning models (Machine Creation Servers and Provisioning Services)
Technology Skills required in the following areas:
- Citrix components such as StoreFront, Controllers, VDA (Sessions Hosts)
- Citrix Cloud (DaaS) and Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD)
- Netscaler Gateway
- Machine Creation Servers and Provisioning Services
- Cloud technologies like Office 365 and Azure
- Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange, Hyper-V, and RDS
- VMware ESXi 5.5-6.7
- Veeam Backup & Replication
- Office365 migrations and SharePoint
- Networking Technologies such as basic switching, firewall, and wireless configuration and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with MSP applications like ConnectWise, LabTech, and IT Glue is desirable
- Familiarity with public cloud infrastructure including AWS and Azure
The following certifications are desirable: Citrix Certified Associate/Professional
Pay and Benefits
This is a full-time position located in the United States and performed remotely with some travel.
Estimated Starting Salary/Wage Range: $90,000 - $110,000.00 annually, less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a semi-monthly basis (The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure [for existing employees] skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role. Note that the majority of individuals in the position will fall in the low to mid-level of this scale; the upper end of this pay scale is offered only in exceptional circumstances and/or for unusually qualified candidates.)
