Netflix is seeking a Systems Analyst, CS Workforce Management to support and optimize their global Workforce Management platform. This individual contributor will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure platform stability, accuracy, and continuous improvement, focusing on data integrity and operational efficiencies. The role involves system administration, data validation, troubleshooting, and technical expertise within the WFM platform.

Requirements

Administer, maintain, and optimize the global Netflix WFM platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and integrations.
Support the integration of third-party adjuncts and internal tools.
Validate and reconcile data from upstream sources.
Provide Tier 1 technical support for internal and external users.
Manage user provisioning, licensing, and profile audits.
