Netflix is seeking an Analytics Engineer to join their Localization Data Science and Engineering team, focusing on removing language barriers and providing a stellar member experience for their global users. This role involves designing analytic tools, developing scalable data solutions, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve data models and accelerate productization. The team is responsible for translating and cultural adapting all aspects of member interaction.

Requirements

Proven track record of designing and developing scalable analytic tools and systems
High proficiency in standard tech stack (e.g., Python, SQL, Spark) and common data visualization tools (e.g., Streamlit, Tableau)
Familiarity with statistical inference and data analysis
5+ years of relevant experiences with building data products and data visualizations at scale
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
Strong business acumen
Comfortable with ambiguity
