Neo Group is seeking a skilled IT Project Manager/Business Analyst to join their PMO Department. This role involves full-lifecycle project ownership, requirements management, liaisoning between business and tech, and facilitating iterative development. The company values people and prioritizes innovation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or a hybrid role
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC
  • Proven ability to gather and document business and functional requirements
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence (or similar tools)
  • Solid understanding of UX principles
  • Familiarity with process modeling notations (UML, BPMN, DFD)
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Fluent in English and Russian (B2+)
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to keep complex projects structured
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to resolve conflicts
