Join our close-knit LATAM remote team and work as a Staff Backend Golang/Java Engineer, guiding the technical direction of our products and building reliable and scalable systems.

Requirements

• Partner with product, design, and other business stakeholders to design and implement impactful product features
• Develop features and improvements to the product in a secure, well-tested, and performant manner
• Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and performance
• Solve technical problems of increasing scope and complexity
• Craft high-quality code that meets internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices
• Conduct code reviews and consistently advocate for high standards in code quality, security, and performance
• Stay up to date with emerging trends in software architecture and cloud infrastructure, and share relevant knowledge with the team
• Identify impediments to team efficiency, including technical debt, and propose and implement effective solutions
• Share experience and technical knowledge by mentoring other engineers and providing guidance across the team
• Contribute to technical documentation and promote knowledge sharing within the team
