Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Demand Generation Representative to support our sales organization by identifying, qualifying, and developing new opportunities across AWS-aligned accounts.This is a full-time role that requires the ability to travel and be onsite at AWS offices and customer locations. Candidates should be comfortable working in and around our primary AWS hubs, including:
- Seattle, WA
- Arlington, VA
- Austin, TX
- Toronto, ON
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture early-stage relationships with prospective customers through outbound and inbound engagement, primarily via calls.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities aligned to AWS and nClouds solutions.
- Partner closely with Senior Account Executives and Solution Architects to support co-sell motions and customer outcomes.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and align them to relevant cloud solutions.
- Research and profile target accounts to identify key stakeholders and business opportunities.
- Share customer success stories and use cases to educate prospects and build credibility.
- Maintain accurate lead, activity, and pipeline tracking in Salesforce.
- Be present in AWS offices and onsite as needed to support relationship-building and field alignment.
- Stay current on AWS services, cloud trends, and nClouds offerings.
- Strong ability to research accounts and understand customer business challenges.
- Excellent listening and communication skills, with the confidence to ask thoughtful, discovery-driven questions.
- Structured, logical approach to conversations and opportunity qualification.
- Comfort using CRM and sales tools, Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel and work onsite at AWS hubs and customer locations.
- Highly coachable mindset with a desire to learn cloud, AWS, and consultative selling.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
