Requirements
- Partner with Global Operations leadership to support strategic employee experience programs
- Assist with planning and delivering strategic projects for internal partners
- Own the quality, accuracy, and overall management of training and development repository and curated catalog for Global Operations
- Support the implementation of an employee change management framework for the Global Operations organization
- Identify and track KPIs for measuring employee experience improvement initiatives and change management effectiveness for strategic programs
