Admin Support/Research and Outreach Specialist

Our client is a dynamic and growing company dedicated to promoting health and wellness through innovative products. Their brand is focused on providing high-quality health supplements specifically tailored to the needs of our target audience. We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our team as an Admin Support/Research/Outreach Specialist to support our outreach and promotional efforts.

Responsibilities:

Research and Lead Generation:

• Conduct research to identify potential influencers, bloggers, YouTubers, and podcasters within our target market.
• Compile lists of potential partners based on their relevance to our brand and audience.
• Analyze influencers' reach, engagement, and audience demographics to ensure they align with our product.

Outreach and Relationship Building:

• Conduct email outreach campaigns to engage with potential influencers and partners.
• Draft and send personalized outreach emails to introduce our product and propose collaboration opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and YouTubers to foster long-term partnerships.

Zoho CRM Management:

• Utilize Zoho CRM to manage and organize leads and outreach efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of communication and interactions with potential partners.
• Track and report on the progress of outreach campaigns.

Content Planning and Collaboration:

• Collaborate with influencers and partners to develop content ideas and strategies for promoting our product.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and campaign execution.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

• Monitor the performance of outreach campaigns and partnerships.
• Provide regular reports on outreach efforts, engagement rates, and campaign outcomes.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize future outreach strategies.

Stay Updated:

• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance outreach processes and improve campaign performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in influencer marketing, outreach, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong research skills and ability to identify potential partners effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Passion for health and wellness is a plus.

Benefits

• Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.

• Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
• Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $900 - $1100
Schedule: Eastern Time
