We're looking for a Customer Support Representative to help us build the foundation for our Customer Operations team in the US. You'll be the first point of contact for some of our early US customers, tackling questions, identifying bugs, and feeding back directly to our product and engineering teams. We're a remote team and you'll be working fully remotely.
Requirements
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and disputes in a professional and empathetic manner
- Provide great customer support by talking directly and honestly with our customers through various mediums
- Develop a deep understanding of what our community really wants from a digital banking product and help prioritize what we build accordingly
- Proactively spot patterns in customer feedback to make positive changes to our processes, tools, or product
