ModSquad has partnered with a client whose innovative software helps property owners identify potential overpayments on their property taxes and leverages automation to secure eligible tax reductions.

This is not a sales role. Instead, you'll serve as a warm and knowledgeable point of contact, answering inbound customer inquiries about the client’s services.

As a member of this team, you’ll handle phone-based customer support in both Spanish and English, providing clear, friendly assistance to those seeking more information.

Project Hours (All Times Pacific):

  • Monday - Friday, 6 am - 3 pm

Commitment:

  • 20 hours per week

  • 90 days (as needed)

Hourly Pay Rate:

  • To be discussed in the interview phase

What Are We Looking For:

  • Pleasant phone voice

  • Phone experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required

  • Strong multitasking skills, with a passion for research and learning new things each day

  • Energetic and positive individuals that take pride in helping people find the best solution

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
