Mindrift is seeking a freelance Software Developer specializing in Kotlin to train GenAI models. This role involves generating prompts, defining scoring criteria, and refining model responses to advance the capabilities of Generative AI. The project can be completed at any time, offering flexible scheduling.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Software Development, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (3+ years)
  • Advanced English (C1+)
  • Strong knowledge of the JVM ecosystem and Java interoperability
  • Proficiency with Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, and modern architecture
  • Familiarity with DI frameworks (Dagger/Hilt/Koin)
  • CI/CD pipelines, Docker, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Ability to leverage AI-assisted development tools
