Freelance Presentation Designer

Mindrift is looking for a Freelance Presentation Designer to join the Tendem project and drive specialized storytelling workflows within our hybrid AI + human system. In this role, you'll collaborate with Tendem Agents that handle repetitive tasks, while you provide the critical thinking, domain expertise, and formatting skills necessary to deliver beautifully designed, high-stakes presentations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative fields
• Presentation software: Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, etc., for building complex, dynamic, and perfectly animated decks
• Design tools: Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma to create custom graphics and layouts
• Data & information design: Ability to translate complex data and multi-level hierarchical structures into clear, minimalist visual storytelling
• Typography & animation: Advanced skills in working with custom fonts and smooth, elegant animations for premium deliverables
• English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above
• Hands-on experience creating high-end, premium corporate-meets-creative style layouts
• Strong attention to detail and absolute commitment to visual perfectness
• Self-directed work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot design challenges independently
