Lead Visual&Brand Designer

CoW DAO is looking for a Lead Visual Designer to create sharp, high-quality brand and marketing designs and guide 1–2 designers. The role involves leading the creative vision and visual evolution of CoW DAO’s brands, designing high-quality visual assets, mentoring designers, and ensuring a cohesive design language.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Visual Designer
• Passionate about design and committed to excellence
• Previous experience leading a small team or mentoring designers
• Expert with Figma, Adobe Suite, design systems, and remote design workflows
• Knowledge of UI/UX and motion design
• Collaborative, easy to work with, and strong at prioritization
• Data-conscious and confident using numbers to inform design decisions
