Requirements
- 5+ years of Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform experience
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE interaction with other technologies and platforms (e.g. Azure, Exchange Online)
- Experience engaging with Senior customer resources and handling challenging scenarios
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Experience leading and driving projects
- Self-motivated, resourceful and able to handle multiple responsibilities
