Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries to support AI data training pipelines and analytics.
Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to understand data requirements and implement effective data solutions.
Analyze large datasets, extract insights, and ensure data integrity for machine learning workflows.
Implement and maintain database structures to facilitate efficient data processing and retrieval.
Document processes and write clear technical and user-facing documentation for SQL workflows.
Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of SQL scripts and stored procedures.
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience as an SQL Developer, with a track record of delivering high-quality database solutions.
Deep expertise in writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting advanced SQL queries and stored procedures.
Strong knowledge of data modeling, normalization, and relational database design principles.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts succinctly.
Experience working in remote, cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively within fast-paced, evolving project requirements.
Keen attention to detail and a passion for data-driven problem solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting AI or machine learning data pipelines or similar data-driven projects.
Background in AI training data curation or annotation workflows.
Familiarity with cloud-based database solutions and data engineering tools.
