Mettacool is a global consultancy that provides whole-person-focused talent development and coaching programs advancing equity, inclusion, and well-being in the workplace. Founded in 2018 by Molly Dewey and Natalie Eicher, the company emerged from both founders' personal experiences with burnout in demanding corporate careers, leading them to Duke University's Integrative Health Coach program where they discovered a shared passion for supporting professional women's career advancement without sacrificing personal well-being.

The company specializes in cohort-based, coaching-focused leadership development programs specifically designed for women at various career stages. Mettacool takes a multidimensional approach to female talent development, integrating coaching, experiential learning, mobile community, mentorship, and consulting. Their programs address the unique challenges women face during major career and life transitions, providing consistent coaching support for a minimum of 12 months to ensure lasting change. Partnering with the Building Brave app, they build private communities connecting women across organizations and pairing participants with company mentors.
