Senior Application Architect/Manager is expected work with systems engineers and applications in guiding them to building products/delivering projects and own the entire life cycle. The job involves selection of hardware & software tool, design the application/system & take it through the complete life cycle including post deployment maintenance. The job includes staffing, training, vendor development etc.

Roles & responsibilities

• Project/Product design
  • Overall architecture & framework design
  • Specification development
• Project & Product development Management.
  • Scope, quality, cost & time management
  • Timely delivery & quality check on all projects
• Staffing & Training
  • Identify skills required for the project
  • Conduct interview and build internal capacity
  • Arrange and provide training to new & existing engineers
• Vendor Development
  • Identify & develop vendor network for the projects
  • Vendor supply quality management
• Documentation &version control
  • Owns the documentation of the entire product/project life cycle
  • Maintenance of all documents & code with version control
