Why We Need you!

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading Enterprise Ivanti software implementations. This is a customer-facing role within Ivanti Professional Services.  A Senior PM applies knowledge, skills, and experience to lead all aspects of a Professional Services project from beginning to end. They serve as the single point of contact for the customer. They manage the quality, time, cost, scope, risk, and resources of each project to ensure a predictable and successful outcome. Follows the project management code of ethics to complete projects according to the defined constraints. May occasionally work at the customer site but works remotely most of the time. Typically involves extensive interaction with Sales, System Engineering, Support, Product Development, and other members of cross-functional teams.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Leads in planning and delivery of Ivanti products and services as defined within the project statement of work for the region and across the globe. Manages project teams working either remotely or onsite during the delivery of enterprise software implementations.
• Collaborates with customers to develop project objectives, including scope of work and project schedules.
• Identifies and manages project-related issues, scope, changes, variances, risks, and contingencies during implementation.
• Coordinates with team members and assigns project roles to guide work routines and project tasks as appropriate.
• Monitors and documents the progression of projects-to-schedule. Presents monitor and control reports to project stakeholders.
• Manages communication between the various project stakeholders throughout the life of the project, including recurring project status meetings and daily communication as necessary.
• Acquires and maintains working knowledge of current Ivanti solutions. Gathers and maintains knowledge of best practices and lessons learned and updates operational practices related to tools and techniques.
• Support the Worldwide organization regarding Professional Services engagement, administration and India-based Professional Services team.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned, on India’s time zone primarily.

To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have:

• Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communications skills and agility to work in a global environment
• Business Level Skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Smartsheet, Teams, SharePoint. Experience with a Resource Management tool such as Mavenlink is a plus.
• Experience with SaaS implementation’s projects – and, even better, of Ivanti’s products
• Demonstrates experience in bringing innovation and new ideas to existing processes
• Proven track record of taking ownership of multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven culture.
• Excellent attention to detail, process driven and able to organize people and activities
• Experienced in managing mid to large-scale/enterprise sized projects in a professional services organization for a software company, leveraging internal and outsourced resources.
• Expert in best practices in project management including both waterfall and agile methodology (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Scaled Agile certification appreciated). 
• Language: Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English
