We will count on you to:

• Assist to design, develop and translate marketing materials and activities in professional manner

• > Prepare draft and edit marketing related materials including but not limited to emails, SNS - kakao/ LinkedIn postings, articles, presentation to support marketing publication needs

• > Peer-review content created by colleagues to ensure materials are professional, factually accurate, and client-ready (OFT, brochures, flyers, external emailers, sales collaterals, promotional materials+)

• > Oversees the scheduling of marketing activities and events (calendar management) including client events, conferences and seminars

• > Coordinates internal communications and related activities including corporate newsletters, country leadership updates and etc

• Liaises with external vendors, media, PR/translation agencies under close supervision to enhance the marketing function

• Assist to manage website, E-comms with digital marketing efforts including ‘Lead Management’ as a first responder

• Manage marketing document and supplies (Teams Channel, One Drive and etc) to ensure the team is organized and well tracked

• Reports on marketing campaign successes, data analysis, conduct surveys to manage marketing activities

• Handles billing and invoicing to ensure payment requests are processed in timelymanner

What you need to have: 

• BA Degree

• 3~5 marketing related working experiences(대리급)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) plus be comfortable using different marketing or communication platforms (Google Analytics, CRM like Microsoft Dynamics, Pardot, Zoom).

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Korean
