March of Dimes seeks an Executive Director, Market Impact to lead and develop a team of staff to drive results and achieve revenue growth in a designated market. The Executive Director will create mission impact, mobilize supporters, grow a diversified revenue portfolio, and maintain overall budgets.

Requirements

  • 4 year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in managing multiple staff over various functional areas, including employees who telecommute
  • Experience in a nonprofit environment a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership/management skills with the ability to motivate staff and lead change
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proven track record building internal and external relationships
