Vacation Time
Vacation time is accrued each month, based on years of service. Can carry over up to 30 days of unused vacation to the next year. New employees receive 80 vacation hours annually.
Paid Holidays
Ten paid holidays per year. The number of personal holidays received is based on years of service (0-5 years: 2 days, 5-10 years: 3 days, 10+ years: 5 days). PATH currently observes 15 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday each year.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Through Wellspring Family Services, PATH offers free face-to-face and virtual counseling sessions, legal advice, financial consultation, medical advice, dependent care referrals, other community referrals, and 32 hours of free eldercare.
Medical Insurance
PATH offers a variety of health plan options through Cigna and Kaiser, comprehensive and designed with location in mind. Employees pay a small portion of the premiums, and PATH covers the rest. Covers employee, spouse, domestic partner, or child(ren).
