Mapon is a leading fleet management and asset-tracking solution provider in Northern Europe, seeking a Client Support Specialist for its evening shift. The ideal candidate will provide remote communication with clients, troubleshoot solutions, and help with day-to-day tasks.
Requirements
- Previous client support experience of +2 years
- Experience using ticketing tools such as Intercom, Zendesk, HubSpot, etc.
- Previous experience in the IoT field will be valued
- Great organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness and ability to help people
- Ability to react quickly and concentrate in stressful situations
